WOCC is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization WOCC’s mission is to provide Women of Color and other socially and economically marginalized groups with a foundational understanding of the current Cannabis industry, and pathways to participate on an industrial scale. We create these pathways to the Cannabis industry by focusing on our three pillars of programming: education, employment and re-entry. By hosting monthly informational sessions we call CannaSessions, launching programs like our CannaCareers network and working on other initiatives like UnCaged: A Returning Citizens program, we are ensuring there are little to no barriers for BIPOC and other marginalized groups to enter the Cannabis industry.
