GEMSoc (General Engineering Masters Society) represents the close-knit community of General Engineers studying at the University of Sheffield. The society's mission is to add to the university experience by supporting student wellbeing through social events, recreational sport and by promoting the professional development of our members. GEMSoc aims to widen participation in the engineering sector by providing opportunities to get people to engage with engineering. We intend to connect our current students with graduates of the course in order to establish a community of rapport.
