The Grade AA high-quality, locally produced eggs are procured from Singapore’s N&N farm, which helps to ensure that every egg remains fresh for the baking of the cakes. The cakes at Ah Mah are a healthier choice as they are made purely with milk, high quality eggs and flour. No water, preservative or colouring is added.
