Acrux Beverages Ltd was incorporated in 2007 by Paul Quin to supply boutique spirits, poitín and whiskey to pubs, clubs, hotels and restaurants. The company is based in Ennis, Co. Clare. It created the Zatori Poitín brand with the aim of modernising the poitín drinks categroy. Zatori Poitín is a registered trademark of Acrux Beverages Ltd. Acrux Beverages Ltd holds gin and whiskey tasting events in Ireland in association with Eric Flynn.
