Once we have that criteria, our team of researchers identifies and compiles a short list of potential candidates for each opening. Once that list is together, it is forwarded to one of our recruiters to begin the real recruiting process - contacting and screening the candidates to find the best matches for our client. Our ideal candidate is typically not someone actively seeking new employment - an "active" candidate. Our efforts are focused on uncovering the best "passive" candidates we can find - someone who is gainfully employed in a related field and who is doing well in his or her current role.
