Good Neighbor Community Health Center (GNCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center, located in Columbus, NE, with a second clinic location in Fremont, NE. Both Good Neighbor clinics offer one-stop primary health care services, including family and general practice medicine; pediatrics; reproductive health; OB/GYN care; dentistry and; behavioral health. Good Neighbor clinics each have a lab onsite, as well as a co-located pharmacy, Genoa Healthcare, for our patient's convenience. We also offer low-cost transportation to and from appointments. In 2019, Good Neighbor clinics cared for 11,606 patients from more than 25 zip codes.
