The Smart Gastronomy Lab is a Living Lab, a multidisciplinary structure for co-creation, prototyping and testing. The purpose of the SGL is to give the opportunity to users to be at the source of food innovation and to involve him/her at each stage of the development of a product or project. Experimentation through gastronomy and new technologies allows the user to create products, services or utensils adapted to his real needs.
