Established in 2008, ProAction Fitness was created to make health & fitness more convenient & affordable for people. We focus on the individuals total wellness, not just physical fitness. ProAction Fitness has been in business for about 4 years now and I have enjoyed watching my clients achieve healthier lifestyles along the way. Melissa has an extensive background as a health & fitness specialist. She has a masters degree in biomechanics and exercise science and is nationally certified through the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Federation of Professional Trainers. She has 22 years experience in the athletic world, including 2 years as a WPSL player.
