I offer workshops, classes, and individual sessions to help people develop their innate gifts, and to be able to communicate with more ease. Individual sessions can help people release old traumas, old patterns, old emotions, to be free and able to create what they truly desire. One series of workshops focuses on developing innate intuitive skills to make more effective decisions, set goals that are congruent with core values, release blocks to creating projects and new directions, be more 'tuned in' to their body and its health requirements, release anxiety and depression, and be able to communicate non-verbally. The Lightwork School for Kids is in development, and will focus on offering students on the ASD spectrum holistic, brain-friendly, sensory-based, and hands-on ways to learn, with a focus on the arts, nature, cooking, and developing their innate abilities and gifts.
