Saraco is a dynamic Gender, Migration and Human Rights Office since 2016. Equipped with more than 30 years of experience in participatory approaches, evaluation tools and development, action research, strategy development, action plans, guides and didactic materials, Saraco applies advanced tools and methodologies. Saraco introduces innovative and appropriate solutions adapted to local contexts based on the theory of change, the results-based and the human rights-based approach. Saraco works with international organizations (UNDP, UN Women, IOM...), public institutions (LuxDev, Enabel, Expertise France...) and local partners on decision-making and cooperation programs.
