Pleasant Hill Healthcare is a respected 98-bed skilled nursing home facility located on a lovely 34-acre campus in Girard, IL (located fairly close to Springfield). We have a secure licensed Alzheimer's unit, a rehab/therapy room, and accept private pay, Medicare, and Medicaid. We are a part of Pleasant Hill Village (including a separate independent living complex, Pleasant Hill Residence, that contains apartments for senior living). Founded in 1905, we are also known as the Brethren Home of Girard.
