WAY OF WORKING Phase 1: Introduction meeting, assignment confirmation, and recruitment plan Phase 2: Create longlist of 30 candidates followed by pre-selection for interviews Phase 3: Create shortlist of 9 candidates followed by perception analysis Phase 4: Introduction of 3 candidates followed by client acceptance The duration of the project depends on the severity of the function. On average, this can take 6 to 8 weeks until the actual placement of the candidate. During the process the client will be kept informed of the progress. Our organization consists of three complementary business units: ITSC Assessments, ITSC Recruitment, and ITSC Consulting. ITSC Assessments provides support to both ITSC Recruitment and ITSC Consulting.
