Founded in 2017, ALX is a private real estate investment firm based in Southlake, Texas. Its mission is to provide strong, reliable returns to select investors by identifying and strategically executing high performing real estate investments. During this time, the team has collectively underwritten in excess of $250 million in investments and debt originations, successfully closed and repaid 46 commercial loans, and asset managed over 200 projects.
