Diego Yépez Garcés has vast experience in the civil and criminal procedural area, founder of the Ecuador Oral Litigation project, being one of the most relevant experiences after being part of the coordinating commission of the then General Organic Code of Processes project. Francisco Estupiñán Barrantes, Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Quito, specializing in financial crimes, fraud and organized crime. He worked in the Attorney General's Office of Ecuador, the Constitutional Court and -for more than 10 years- in the US Embassy in Quito, with the Department of National Security, Department of Justice and the FBI.
