Polylink Global Inc. is a major ferrous scrap exporter in Western Canada. Founded in 2007 with the start-up capital from two Thai steel mills, Polylink Global Inc. has since grown by 5,000%. Export trade volume is between 6,000-8,000MT/month. Major exporting countries include Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, India and Indonesia. Polylink Global Inc. has increased its presence in the export of nonferrous scrap, including aluminum and stainless steel since 2010. Since 2011, Polylink Global Inc. began exporting waste paper (OCC#11) and plastic scrap (PET and HDPE bottles) to coastal China.
