Hello! I am Carla, Felipe and Laura´s mother, and now entrepreneur. After 16 years in the corporate world, looking for more purpose in my life, I decided to follow my dream. Sockastic was born from my desire to stimulate what I believe is the most fascinating trait of our species, our imagination, our boundless ability to create. In order to make the best quality socks, it was important we manufactured them ourselves, guaranteeing their first-class and utmost attention to detail. The Sockastic factory was also built as our Research and Development domain. In this Safe and Trusting environment, we are able run a variety of tests to ensure the best product is released out to the market. I am also proud my own children actively participate in the creative process and usability tests. Our professionals are experts in the sock industry with 20+ years of experience having in-depth knowledge in the field. We practice environmentally conscious Manufacturing using green principles from the conceptual design to final delivery to consumers, including ultimate disposal, satisfying environmental standards and requirements. Sockastic´s innovative 3D composition, with patent requests underway around the globe, was designed to stimulate every child´s imagination, letting them explore and play with an otherwise conventional accessory. Imagining played such an important role in my life. My wings often gave me the strength to keep going, brought me hope, allowed me to dream, drove me to actions, supported me though hardships, helped me find alternative solutions to problems…These same wings still free me when I feel suppressed, chained, and there is nothing that nobody can do to take them away from me. They are mine to keep at any place, any moment, under any circumstance. Einstein once said imagination is more important than knowledge. Sockastic´s mission is to give life, incentive, motivate the use of your wings! I hope that with your help, we can fulfil this mission!
