ARC is a digital recruitment agency founded by Mary Maher and Shane Szeto in 2011. In our time as recruiters for other agencies, we noticed an industry trend in chasing commissions with which we didn’t quite agree. It’s not that we don’t like money (we do), but we envisioned an agency that gives clients--for lack of a better term--“fat-free services”. We built ARC to meet our clients’ needs without the time-wasting compliments and deluge of candidates that may be the common experience in the recruiting process. We’re kind of like a dating site, not just concerned with putting people together to get the job done, but looking to make good matches between candidates and companies.
