Volunteers of America Upstate New York is a non-profit human services agency that is committed to helping people break the cycle of poverty and reach their full potential. VOA assists more than 6,000 people a year through an array of programs, including housing & support services for homeless individuals & families; child care and educational programs for at-risk children; and crisis assistance for those in need.
