Content area discussed: -Performance management -Human resources -Legal considerations -Regulatory aspects -Compliance issues -Communication -Project/program management -Finance & budgeting. This case study and scenario-based course examines current issues and addresses current trends faced by the new manager and developing manager, and will provide participants with the tools to effectively and efficiently get the 'work' done through systems and people.
