Nisou typically self-performs at least 15% of the construction project value excluding materials. Nisou has self performance capabilities in demolition, exterior renovation, and site excavation, minor concrete work and installing signage. Additionally, we take on the role of overall project manager, covering estimation, scheduling, purchasing, cost control, on-site supervision, safety, and quality control to drive successful quality, cost, and schedule results on every project we undertake.
