George’s Loader Hire can proudly claim to have played a major part in every rail construction project in Queensland in the last ten years including Corinda to Darra, Darra to Richlands, Richlands to Springfield, Cavill Ridge, Middlemount, Moreton Bay Rail – Petrie to Redcliffe, the SEQ Stabling Yard project and Gold Coast Light Rail. We are engaged on an on-going basis to perform general rail maintenance tasks such as re-sleepering, refurbishments, re-railing, level crossings, services, component changes, drainage, undercutting. Our 13 tonne modified and height limited Hitachi Undercutter was the first on-line in the South East network and our purpose built tampers have tamped thousands and thousands of hours.
