SEDRA is an Abu Dhabi (UAE) based non-profit organisation established by HH Sheikha Aljazia bint Saif al Nayhan in 2014. SEDRA partners with and advises key players to address challenges for People of Determination. We create innovative community models and programs, develop accessibility and inclusion concepts, and foster effective collaborations on early intervention, formal and non-formal education and inclusive services and workplaces with a strong focus on equity and accessibility at all levels. Self-determination of Persons of Determination is the guiding principle of our work, rooted in the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Sustainable Development Goals.
