Virtual Front Desk is an application allowing customer service through video calls. Using a touch screen computer or tablet, a company can provide the same human interaction with their customers as if a receptionist was on site. On top of providing a face-to-face experience, the application allows for IDs to be taken, screenshots, and terms & conditions to be accepted and signed over the screen. Using a modern and user-friendly interface, the comprehensive dashboard allows customer service teams to be created around specific kiosk locations. A department feature allows video calls to be directed to a specific group of people or even different companies if the kiosk is positioned in a public building entrance.
