YEP volunteers strive to improve the greater LA community by bettering the lives of children through personal relationships and meaningful mentorship. Whether it be helping out with homework or discussing a difficult day at school, YEP volunteers are intimately engaged with their student's needs. YEP ensures that elementary school students from a variety of demographics are provided with a consistent role model in order to facilitate their educational success, self-esteem, and future aspirations.
