Integrity Initiative's main goal is to initiate a fair market conditions and transparent business transactions among ethical foreign and local business enterprises that are willing to engage themselves in a business culture-changing process that will revolutionize how companies do business with government and with each other. Integrity Initiative, through Project SHINE is being implemented in the Philippines by the Makati Business Club and the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines funded by Siemens. The “Integrity Initiative” aims to sign up as many reputable corporations as possible and collectively agree on a “Unified Code of Conduct” and control measures to ensure the integrity and transparency in the business transactions.
