Effective January 1, 2011, the company became a part of the Tarsadia Alliance of independent companies, with: Evolution Hospitality (www.evolutionhopsitality.com), T2 Development (www.T2dev.com) and Tarsadia Investments (www.tarsadia.com). Effective on March 1, 2011, the company ceased management functions.
