Ian Humphreys Ian started arranging mortgages in 2004. In 2007, he purchased his first properties and has since gone on to build a substantial BTL portfolio across London. In 2015, Ian started to develop property, and now has the experience of developing multiple ground-up projects, around London and the South-East; from single units to multi-unit schemes. Throughout his career, Ian has covered all different types of property finance, resulting in an exceptional industry network and a knack for problem-solving and creativity. Marc Cantor Marc came to the financial side of property later in his career, but has a huge amount of property management, development and consultancy experience. He started his career as a financial advisor in 2003, before moving onto his own property endeavours. He now has a large portfolio of commercial assets, and counts some major, UK blue-chip companies as his tenants, such as; Sainsburys and Tesco Marc prides himself in being able to get to the heart of the problem quickly, and builds strong relationships with both clients and lenders.
