The Association of Land Development Engineers (ALDE) is a Victorian-based member association, established to provide a forum for land development engineers to connect with their peers, share their knowledge and be inspired by new developments in our industry. We are the peak body representing the interests of engineers in the Land Development Industry. As a non-profit organisation, our role is to create a community of like-minded professionals who contribute to Victoria's urban development. Along with land development engineers, our members include students, statutory authorities and commercial businesses within the construction industry. ALDE's role is to raise the professional profile or our engineers, collaborate with key stakeholders and achieve continuous improvement within the complex sector of land development. Ongoing innovation in our industry is crucial to support the community and infrastructure needs of our growing population.
