Scratch was founded in 2020 with a mission of assembling a boutique real estate team providing development, acquisition, asset management, property management and leasing services to commercial real estate investors in the Mountain West. Whether we are developing and managing one of our own properties or watching over a property on behalf of one of our partners, we approach each decision and each dollar with the same care and scrutiny.
