JECA was founded in 2015 by Ree Dolnick. She’s been everything from a mother to a sous chef to a cancer researcher. With her culinary and scientific backgrounds, Ree started making all-natural energy bars in her kitchen. They became such a hit with her friends that she started JECA Energy Bar Company LLC. She named the company after her daughter’s nickname. At JECA we make artisanal nutrition bars featuring globally inspired flavors. We believe that food should taste good, it should provide truly healthy nutrition and that nutrition should be clean and balanced.
