Empire Brewing Company began as a contemporary Microbrewery & Restaurant in Syracuse, NY. Established in 1994, Empire has served national & international award winning ales & lagers to the craft beer pallets of Central NY. In 2010, Empire expanded it’s proprietary brewing practice to Brooklyn, NY, and has since distributed craft beer throughout NYC & the surrounding areas.
