The Embankment School was founded by Jessica Costantine, a career educator with an advanced degree in education and years of teaching experience. Having taught across a rich array of school systems and settings, Jessica has designed a quality curriculum that is ingrained in the philosophy that children learn best by doing--providing hands-on opportunities, as well as imaginative play, which helps children internalize foundational skills and strategies for problem-solving. As a Jersey City-based teacher (and mother of school-aged children), Jessica is committed to making The Embankment School a vibrant local alternative for educating children and preparing them for success by "Building a Foundation for Learning."
