Spanning three dining rooms, the Bistro's soaring ceilings reveal the restored original massive wood beams and a 60-foot ridged skylight. One dining room overlooks a sparkling exhibition kitchen; two others include stone fireplaces, table seating and cozy upholstered booths. An indoor/outdoor terrace features a fireplace with a "sit around" counter top, and beautifully arched casement windows that open out onto the town's main street.
