Trent Mayo's shows are what Country music is all about: Good stories, Good times, and Great fun! Originally from Stone Mountain, GA, Trent is a singer/songwriter who's never met a stranger. Now living and playing daily in Music City, USA (Nashville, TN), Trent gets the crowd singin' along to a wide range of Country hits from the 50's to now. Performing at some of the most historic and rowdy honkytonks along Broadway including Tootsie's Orchid Lounge and Honky Tonk Central, Trent specializes in taking requests on the spot. He enjoys letting the crowd lead the way with their musical tastes, adjusting the set list accordingly while maintaining the overall sound and energy set out by the client. Garth Brooks, Eric Church, George Strait, Luke Bryan, Johnny Cash, Alan Jackson, Waylon Jennings, Brooks & Dunn, Zac Brown Band, Florida Georgia Line, Dierks Bentley and many more can be heard on any night. Trent's favorites include all the 90's Country hits as well Classic Country, but he also enjoys mixing in Southern Rock, Oldies, Blues, and Classic Rock depending on the crowd. No matter the Country sound you're looking for, he's got you covered! Prior to moving to Nashville, Trent contracted with Carnival Cruise Lines touring for six months performing nightly as a solo acoustic act aboard the Carnival Fantasy and Carnival Freedom throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean. With home ports of Charleston, SC and Galveston, TX Trent performed for thousands of guests gaining fans all over the US and Canada. When not performing, Trent is focusing on writing new material this winter, collaborating with other songwriters, and attending songwriter rounds in Nashville in preparation for his next EP set to record this Spring. “Doin' Good Now,” the title track to Trent's first EP, was his first single pushed to regional radio in 2011. Recorded in Nashville at Steel String Studios with producer, Steve Rutledge, “Doin' Good Now” was Voted #1 by listeners of 94.9 The Bull just two weeks after its broadcast debut. The track got spins at other Atlanta stations where Trent performed live as well including South 107.1, 92.5 The Bear, Kicks 101.5 and 95.5 WSB.
