Yoga Sol first opened in 2004 as a Bikram studio. We have now evolved into offering online virtual classes including Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Yin (Restorative), Release work, Teacher certifications, and more. We also provide in person private individual or small group classes. Yoga Sol has extremely experienced instructors, who are knowledgeable about injuries and pregnancy in a friendly family oriented atmosphere. There are beginner friendly classes, challenging advanced classes, hard cardio workouts and relaxed restorative classes. You can expect a lot of care, knowledge and fun. We host relaxing yoga retreats all over the world. Mexico, Greece, Italy, and many more locations for yoga students, bridal parties, teacher trainings for aspiring yoga teachers and corporate team retreats focussing on communication, team building and better productivity.
