We take a structured and conservative approach to multifamily real estate investing.  Our strict selection criteria includes value add properties in pre-qualified markets, mainly major MSA's, that we have researched extensively.  For qualifying properties, we conservatively underwrite and confirm the business plan through in depth due diligence prior to closing.  Once properties are acquired, we work hands on with property management and strive to exceed the business plan, ultimately resulting in strong returns for investors.
