MZA grew out of the need for complete, straightforward, and understandable solutions to complex building problems. The firm was started by Roger G. Morse AIA in 1982 with the mission to apply high technology to the practice of architecture. The firm's expertise grew and, after several business iterations, became Morse Zehnter Associates (MZA) in 2003. Through the practice of Building Science, Engineering, and Environmental Consulting, MZA continues to apply high technology to problems in the Built Environment.
