For more than 40 years, the Institute for Co-operative Education has built bridges between academia and the world of work. Our experiential learning model allows students to explore their career options and gives employers access to more than 4,000 highly qualified students in over 50 undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition to our flagship Undergraduate Co-op option (3 work terms interspersed between study semesters), we offer options that are geared towards graduate students (Graduate Co-op), flexible (C.Edge), intensive (ACE), and mentorship-augmented for women in engineering (WIE-CLE).
