Their Futures Matter is a landmark reform of NSW Government to deliver improved outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and their families. We represent a whole-of-government reform approach, bringing together areas from across the NSW Government. Our Unit is supported by an Implementation Board, a multi-agency governance body, comprising leaders from across NSW Government departments of Education, Family and Community Services, Health, Justice, Premier and Cabinet, and Treasury. Our Implementation Board drives reform progress and leads cross-government collaboration. Our vision: Enlisting whole-of-government accountability, our vision is to create a coordinated service system that delivers evidence-based, wraparound supports for children and families to transform their life outcomes.
