Tessera Finance was established in March 2016 to assist property investors and developers fund projects that fall outside of traditional bank lending criteria. We provide a range of first (senior) and second (junior) mortgage loans for land acquisitions, subdivisions, townhouse and apartment developments and commercial property investment. Our loans are typically sized between $1,000,000 and $10,000,000 with terms ranging between 3 months and 24 months. We will consider transactions outside of this range on a case by case basis. We also provide interest only and capitalised interest loans.
