Mark is a native of New York but his formative years were spent growing up in the District of Columbia and attending DC public schools. Mark has both the legal knowledge to understand the complexities of any type of criminal case and trial experience to aggressively defend the rights of the accused. Attorney Ada Chan represents people from all walks of life facing a wide range of serious criminal charges. Ada is a native of Hong Kong. She spent her formative years in England and Germany. Ms. Chan attended Oregon State University, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and received her Juris Doctor from the District of Columbia School of Law. Ada is fluent in Chinese. She has been admitted to practice law in Maryland and D.C. She began her legal career as an immigration attorney in 1996 and handled a variety of cases, including H-1B visas, Labor Certification, Political Asylum, Adjustment of Status, K visas, removal of conditional status, petition for relatives, and naturalization petitions. Ms. Chan joined the partnership with Mark M. Rollins, Esq. to form Rollins and Chan Law Firm. We practice criminal, DUI, and traffic law in the Washington Metropolitan area of Washington and centrally located a few blocks from D.C. Superior Court in Washington, DC. Our office also handles criminal defense ranging from juvenile charges, felonies, and misdemeanors.
