The industry body representing diving contractors who are involved with Inland/Inshore diving operations in the UK and Ireland. With members in the UK and Ireland, The Association of Diving Contractors (UK ADC Ltd) represents its members in the UK by seeking to; - Cultivate and promote the art and science of commercial diving within the context of the activities of its members; - Organise events and promote members common interests; - Provide Industry training courses and certification; - Establish uniform safe standards and promote strict quality standards and codes of practice; - Encourage industry wide observation of such standards and operating practices; - Publish good practice guidelines, providing briefing about our industry; - encourage the enactment and enforcement of appropriate laws for the protection and regulation of the business of commercial diving.
