Great Grey Investments founded in 2013 is a private equity firm, active in real estate in the Netherlands and Belgium. Its focus is on large scale urban developments and complex area redevelopments, in and around the major cities of both countries. GGI has a broad focus with projects under development in multiple real estate classes such as residential assets, offices, light industrial assets and data centers. The focus is to create synergies between the different asset classes within large urban development plans. The investment strategy is generally based on taking positions in an early stage where it applies a macroeconomic view, with the aim to create value by optimizing the potential of a property or land position, with a distinct focus on sustainability and innovation and the interaction between different uses.
