We’re a group of seasoned tech nerds that provide people-focused computer and technology solutions for businesses looking to end their IT-headaches - to control costs and eliminate downtime. Our core team members have over fifteen years' experience in the IT field and have worked in various high-security industries with complex regulatory compliance requirements such as medical with HIPAA/HITECH and finance sector with FINRA and PCI:DSS. However, we recognized that historically, small businesses throughout the greater Northeast Texas region haven't had many high quality options. Given that 99.9% of all US businesses fall into the small business category, we wanted to change that. After working as internal IT team members and moonlighting with businesses on the side, in 2017, we made the decision to take the plunge and offer our assistance direct to businesses. We successfully built and managed our first business SMPLSGNL for three years, eventually expanding into delivering Internet service locally, before reforming as Business IT Service Corps. Today, we maintain the same core focus and attention to detail as the day we started.
