Pathfinder Leadership Associates has delivered transformative experiences for corporate and academic clients since 2014. Our staff are proven leaders from Canadian, British and U.S. militaries and intelligence services as well as former and current business leaders and executive coaches. Our programs draw from military leadership training and special operations selection processes. Our team consists of former Chief and Deputy Chief Instructors from Joint Task Force 2 as well as a former Commandant of the Canadian Army’s School of Infantry. Many others have not only formally developed and taught leadership programs but also proven their leadership in the most extreme circumstances. Deeds not just words.
