NSRE was founded in 2014 as a real estate investment sales company focused primarily on development sites, mixed-use, and multi-family assets in Northern Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. More recently, NSRE has focused on investing directly in real assets. NSRE leverages its advanced understanding of niche NYC sub-markets and its extensive network of investors and developers. NSRE introduces opportunistic properties to developers/investors, alongside whom NSRE invests an equity portion.
