The Blacksburg Museum and Cultural Foundation is an independent 501 c3 non-profit organization responsible for the capital campaign to restore the historic Alexander Black House. In addition to raising funds, the Foundation and their committees will develop programs, enlist volunteer support, and work collaboratively with other organizations to promote cultural heritage in the Town of Blacksburg and greater New River Valley. The mission of the Blacksburg Museum & Cultural Foundation is to preserve, promote and interpret Blacksburg's art, history and cultural heritage.
