The UnTours Foundation works to alleviate poverty by providing low-interest loans or equity to individuals and organizations who create employment, housing and valuable goods and services in economically challenged communities. UnTours fuels projects that are environmentally and economically pioneering, setting new models for which all businesses can strive. We look to Fair Trade companies and B Corporations (we own the first B Corporation, UnTours), but our loan criteria is flexible -- we're looking for passionate entrepreneurs who are doing great things for the world through business. The UnTours Foundation invests nearly 100% of its endowment into mission-aligned businesses, and we influence other foundations to move their endowments into investments that advance their missions.
