The staff of UAB “Inovatyvi Statyba” boasts 20+ years of experience in construction. Continuously perfecting our skills in roof installation, facade finishing, thermal insulation and modular wall construction we have managed to build a circle of loyal customers. Currently we serve both individuals and construction companies (prime contractors) that choose to work with reliable partners. Since the establishment of the company our focus has always been to provide roofing and facade work to enable cost-efficient and environmentally friendly housing. Our priority is to create such thermal insulation systems that retain their overall efficiency over the years while meeting top standards of energy efficiency (Class A). In 2015 UAB “Inovatyvi Statyba” set up a MiTek company truss production line and started making timber truss structures utilizing steel connector plate technology. In 2018, having identified the opportunities to introduce a new and advanced construction technology, we started offering INO–HOUSE home building technology. This modular technology ensures fast construction, consistently high quality, comfort and freedom to implement any project. In 2019 we assembled an “Eiffel tower” at the Litexpo exhibition Resta to showcase the potential of truss structures. The company has a permanent staff of dozens of highly skilled employees.
