MGM was created in 1999 in milan company profile we have experience, both nationally and internationally, in store concept retail design, housing design, refurbishment and restoration including heritage buildings, local authorities applications, interior and industrial design however our core business is retail (about 80% of turnover) our professional skills include project management, design, quantity and building surveying, health&safety compliances and other engineering and design-related disciplines we have established relationships with specialist contractors, manufacturers, lighting and structural consultants within the retail environment we work on one-off stores, in-town and shopping centres, international chains, franchising, factory outlets and shop in shops we work on different types of CAD softwares, BIM Revit, rendering and image editing our office structure is composed of 9 people 5 of whom work constantly on retail and 3 on architecture, industrial design and interior design we offer a networks of external consultants within technical disciplines (structural, HVAC, electrical) in the retail environment we work primarily on the italian and french territory and have also worked in switzerland, germany, austria and malta while working in foreign countries we often establish relationships with a local partner mostly for local authorities + site management purposes and sometimes using our LPM network during the past years we have established important relationships with a pool of contractors and suppliers
